Our Story

Dr. Chandler Chang launched Therapy Lab in 2019 to scale quality mental healthcare using an innovative format - a menu of solutions-focused, evidence-based plans that help clients work on specific problems and life goals.

A psychologist with 23 years of clinical experience, Dr. Chang noticed that busy clients were craving practical, “get in, get out” therapy to help with mental health concerns – as well as boost self-esteem, productivity, and self-awareness in work, love, and life.
Anxiety, depression, insomnia, phobias, and emotional regulation are some of the biggest mental health problems globally. By targeting these issues with action-oriented plans that use best-in-class, science-backed approaches based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Therapy Lab empowers people to take control of their own mental health and prioritize their well-being.
