On cost and insurance –
the honest version

We don't contract directly with insurance, and here's why that's worth understanding. The insurance model can create incentives that aren't always aligned with highest quality care. We built something different: short, focused plans that cost less in total than months of open-ended therapy – and deliver more. Most of our plans run 2-16 sessions at $200-$350 per sessions. That's a defined investment with a clear endpoint, not an indefinite commitment.

PPO insurance?
You may be able to recover up to 80% of session costs after your deductible. We provide monthly superbills you can submit directly to your insurer.
FSA or HSA?
Sessions at Therapy Lab are typically eligible. Check with your account provider.

Where We Are

Therapy Lab’s expert clinicians are licensed across multiple states, providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy wherever you are. While our structured therapy plans are available virtually in select states, we also offer in-person sessions at our Los Angeles office.
