We don't contract directly with insurance, and here's why that's worth understanding. The insurance model can create incentives that aren't always aligned with highest quality care. We built something different: short, focused plans that cost less in total than months of open-ended therapy – and deliver more. Most of our plans run 2-16 sessions at $200-$350 per sessions. That's a defined investment with a clear endpoint, not an indefinite commitment.
