Dr. Garzona is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults across medical, inpatient, and outpatient settings. She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and has expertise in anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, trauma, and stress-related conditions, as well as adjustment challenges related to health and life transitions.

Known for her warm and collaborative style, Dr. Garzona provides evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and developmental stage. She enjoys working closely with families and other providers to support meaningful, sustainable progress.

In addition to her work at Therapy Lab, Dr. Garzona is a staff psychologist at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a culturally responsive lens to her work. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her dogs.
