Dr. Gracian joined Therapy Lab in April 2020 while completing his post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the UCLA Semel Institute. Therapy Lab clients and the team appreciate Dr. Gracian’s compassion, intellect, and sense of humor. He is a lively and seasoned psychologist and team member at Therapy Lab.
Thanks to his additional expertise in neuroscience and understanding of the human brain, Dr. Gracian can bring extra special insights into his work with clients. He can work across all Therapy Lab plans and treatments, including the Unified Protocol, CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), CBT for IBS, DBT-based interpersonal and emotion regulation, positive psychology, VR-enhanced exposure therapy, problem-solving, and crisis response. He especially loves delivering the Affirmative CBT plan with LGBTQ+ individuals, the Racial Stress plan, and the Unified Protocol for anxiety, depression, or bipolar mood disorder. Dr. Gracian provides evidence-based treatments and is committed to helping clients who have experienced trauma.
Dr. Gracian is bilingual (English/Spanish) and can easily provide services in either or both languages. He is available to work with adults of all ages and has additional expertise with older adults, caregivers, college students, and young adults.
A Los Angeles native, Dr. Gracian enjoys live music, traveling, and reading memoirs–and traveling all over the world to see his favorite pop stars in concert. He is an avid consumer of the Real Housewives franchise and is always available to “psychoanalyze” a Bravo personality.
