Introducing TL on Campus

Mental health matters. Expert therapists from Therapy Lab can help you learn the skills you need to feel your best this year. Each quarter we’ll feature stress hacks to help you crush the things that stand in your way.

This Spring, look for us on campus as we tackle Flexibility: Learn why perspective-taking, or "cognitive flexibility" is key to emotional wellness. There are different ways to approach negative thought patterns using creative problem solving.
