Autum is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than a decade of experience treating individuals, children, and families in various settings. She is genuine and relatable and believes that relationship is an important therapeutic factor. Autum is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused behavioral therapy (SFBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and play therapy. She delivers evidence-based therapy with compassion, empathy, and understanding.
