How we work with hormonal health providers

Midlife symptoms rarely point to just one cause, brain fog, attention lapses, and mood shifts can be hormonal, but they can also be ADHD, autism, or an early cognitive change. We provide neuropsychologist-administered testing, then share findings back so your care team has answers and a clear baseline. Here's when patients typically turn to us:

Perimenopause & midlife
Adult ADHD in women
Later identified autism in women
Brain health & memory

Popular plans referred by hormonal health providers

These are the plans and assessments that support perimenopause and midlife concerns, from testing that clarifies what's hormonal, cognitive, or something else, to structured CBT for the anxiety, insomnia, and focus concerns that can come with it.

What our assessment process actually looks like

Every assessment is administered by a doctoral-level neuropsychologist and grounded in a full clinical picture, not just a checklist.

How it works
Each assessment includes a thorough background review and clinical interview with standardized testing, so results reflect the whole person, not a single symptom.
‍
What to expect
A Focused Screening takes one session; a Comprehensive Assessment runs about four hours across three sessions, ending with a feedback session and a full, plain-language report.
Why it's evidence-based
Our assessments use standardized, validated measures and are administered and interpreted by a doctoral-level neuropsychologist, giving you results grounded in clinical research.

"As a psychiatrist, I really value referring to Therapy Lab. Their results-oriented model—like focused CBT packages—is both clinically effective and approachable for so many."
